Great location, close to metro stations and restaurants. Sleek rooms with plenty of mirrors. Heated floors in the bathrooms. Good value for money and tasty meal at the restaurant. Spacious apartment with lots of cupboard space. Friendly and helpful staff. Well-equipped kitchen and comfortable bed/pillows. Nice outdoor deck area for work or relaxation. Good internet connection.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The apartment was spacious, with ample storage and a fully equipped kitchen. The washing machine worked well, and the staff were very good too fix the drying cycle and even dried our laundry for us. The location was convenient, with an underground train station nearby and easy access to many main attractions. The staff were really good, friendly, and always willing to help. The breakfast was delicious, fresh, and plentiful, keeping us satisfied every morning.

We stayed at Sana for a few nights and it was perfect for our needs. The apartment had all the amenities we wanted, including a washing machine with dryer, two bathrooms, and a spacious bathtub. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially Sarah and Mateus who went above and beyond to fix the washing machine and ensure our laundry was dried in time for checkout. The location was ideal, the rooms were quiet and stylish, and the breakfast selection was impressive. We also appreciated the personal touch of a small welcoming gift and the hotel even surprised me with a birthday celebration!

The location of the hotel is excellent, with easy access to an underground train station and close proximity to many main attractions. The rooms are sleek and stylish, with plenty of mirrors and reflective surfaces. The bathrooms are minimalist and cool, some even having heated floors. The staff are exceptional, providing friendly and helpful service. The breakfast is delicious and plentiful, keeping guests satisfied. The hotel also offers great storage space, making it convenient for travelers with a lot of belongings.
Some staff members seemed new and unfamiliar with the property, causing difficulties in getting answers to questions.
